I could not get the free USB as when I went to put in the code it said that could only be done the the 123inkcartridge site, but the payment and billing is only available on the Shopperplus site! Very, very frustrating! My order number is 33620833 - it would be nice if I was shipped the USB with that order - thanks!

A1 products Very, very fast delivery.

Pierre L, Quebec, 01 juillet, 2016

L'étape du paiement n'est pas annoncée suffisamment clairement. Je ne réussie pas à imprimer toute la largeur de la commande. La colonne des prix ne s'imprime pas!

I have had one bad cartridge but have not returned it. Is it refundable?
