Great pricing and free shipping is great. Please continue to expand your product lines to batteries especially hard to find varieties like AAAA

1. Forgot my password. Waited 12 minutes for email, then used the first name option which worked 2. Could not get into Canon as the first option was "series" and none of the choices worked 3. Credit card number - should specify "no spaces"!

Placing order is at times confusing . Site constantly pops up additional offers and items to purchase. Just let me pick my own and don't offer suggestions

I did not realize how many items you carry. I stumbled on your site by accident. I did not like the shipping charges elsewhere. So, in addition to printer supplies, I will add you to my favorite search sites. P.S. I owe you 93 cents for sales tax due on invoice 320316, see your email 17/10/2014. Please add it to this or a future order. RICHARD
