This is only my second order, but my first order came when promised and was exactly what I was looking for! Very pleased with your service so far ...

Had trouble only once. I got wrong merchandise and return was not accepted. Could not determine the blame.

Robert L, Ontario, 13 mai, 2016

awesome

Jonathan G, New Brunswick, 13 mai, 2016

For cartridges please give info about quantity of pages more explicit. Example: difference between high yield and regular cartridges. Thank you.

I'm a new customer and I could not use the FreeShipping10 code on my first order. Disappointing. My account is ***@lusciousorange.com in case you can do anything about it =) Mike

Michael F, Manitoba, 13 mai, 2016

Love the shipping to a depanneur in the metro

Steven V, Quebec, 13 mai, 2016

Freeshipping10 code did not work. Initially says that it is applied, but once checking out does not apply. Very sneaky trying to make customer believe that it is applied before payment and does not apply after payment.

It was very easy to find the ink cartridge, just by inputting printer make and model of printer. Thanks for being the great option price wise!!

For the same price the product should be delivered to any address, not an inconvenient drug store. What if I am unable to get out of the house? How would I get it then? ALSO; no mention of how long delivery will take, 2 days? 2 weeks? 2 months??

Frank K, Ontario, 13 mai, 2016

easy to navigate and complete purchase

Mike G, British Columbia, 13 mai, 2016

It's amazing to have a Canadian company that is making great products at a fairly inexpensive price point. Shipping is always low cost & fast too! I have nothing bad to say about Prime Cables
