could not get the website to work (not good) but very helpful live chat person intervened and order went through (waited and gave up on talking to someone on the phone). So I think there's tech problem somewhere (every time I clicked on proceed to checkout it gave me a 404 site not found and also emptied my cart). Same thing happened when I entered the LUCKY10 code. Thankfully the chat person was Fantastic, so it evened out somewhat.

You need to fix your payment input. I couldn't get it to accept my credit card info. The input itself was the issue, once I figured out how to put the information in it worked fine. You might be losing customers who would give up because it doesn't function very well. I almost did.
