This product would not work into my printer. The same problem happened to me the last time I ordered via Shopper+. This time, I ordered 2 (other one via HP56HP57 combo), and the other one works great. I wish I could get refunded or get the cartridge replaced by a working one. I tried to use the eraser, to clean up contacts, without success. Printer asks to verify this cartridge.

Cartridge did not work with printer. "Cartridge Error" messages displayed on printer screen despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided by customer service. Two calls to customer service were placed and replacement cartridges were promised to be sent out. No replacements were ever received. I was wary of ordering from this site but figured it was worth a shot. Now I know my hesitations were well-founded.
