About a week ago I ordered two cartridges. They arrived in two days but unfortunately one would not work. I contacted 123inkcartridges, explained the problem and they quickly offered to send a replacement which also arrived in two days. The new cartridge seems to work just fine. I wrote an unkind review a couple of days ago about being kept waiting on line for 35 minutes but I have to say that my annoyance resulted in me calling the company and the response was immediate. Thanks, guys for the speedy response.

I have used this product before and I was hoping it was still available for my photo printer which is quite a few years old now. The color of the photographs is great and a recent copy I did was of red carnations and it was as close to real as real could be. As long as I am holding on to this particular printer I will order these cartridges.
