This item is longer than the original ph cartridge. It fits but does not work at all. I will return this item.

My HP Deskjet 9800 printer shows a light and it doesn't print. The ink cartridge is not good for the printer. I've got to return it.

Bought two of these new MOUSTACHE cartridges. The first one only printed 17 pages of text before it was detected "out of ink". I did everything I could to get it going again but to no avail. I just installed my second cartridge. Hopefully I'll get a LOT closer to the 500+ pages it's supposed to print.

L'imprimante indique que la cartouche est défectueuse. Je remercie la compagnie pour m'avoir envoyé un remplacement mais cette deuxième cartouche ne fonctionne pas non plus. Appareil HP deskjet 6600.

I keep getting a msg telling me to re-insert the cartridge. Will not work. The old cartridge inserts with no problems.
