Received items in a timely manner. Was kept well informed about order at all times. Ordered along with HP 98 C9364WN Black Ink Cartridge for use with HP D4160 and fit perfectly. Cartridge looks new even though product is refurbished. Have used 3 times so far and have worked well with no issues.

The performance of this HP re-manufactured inkjet cartridge C9361W is better than I expected. I cannot see any difference compared to a new cartridge. This is a good purchase and I am satisfied, so I would recommend others to try it and see the results for themselves. Leonardo
