I purchased 2 of these cartridges & neither one of them will print. This is the first time any of your cartridges have failed me. I am not too pleased. Peter Scarpelli

N'oublier pas ,que vous avez 1 ans de garantie sur votre cartouche. Si a tout moment pendant la guarani vous éprouver des difficulté ,s'il vous plais nous aviser le plus vite possible . Sincèrement l'équipe de soutien technique.
