They are not like earlier may be a year before. They dry up in 2-3 months which not good at all. They have nothing to do with the taxes but still raised the shipment charges.

These cartridges are good, that's the reason I am still buying. I haven't started using them yet. Iast indent 2 cartridges were dried up which I could not use. I am happy they were replaced by the company.

It is my first time ordering the colored ink for my All-In-One Dell 946 printer, but I am giving it a 4 star just like the other one. I haven't used it though but this should work.
