Yes, I recently purchased one HP74XL CB336WN and one HP75XL CB338WN from Ink Cartridges.ca . Last week I installed them in my HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One printer, but have not been able to print anything. My printer only gives me the error message “incompatible cartridge”. So I searched the internet looking for help and found that this can be a problem with HP Photosmart printers. I followed their advice to reinstall the cartridges then try again several times, to clean the contacts, to reset the printer, to unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds, etc. etc. but have had no success. I also looked for an exterior reset button but there isn’t one. I have retried these troubleshooting ideas almost daily for the last week but still have had no success. As a follow-up to my review 18 days ago, I contacted 123InkCartridges customer service directly about my problem. I used LiveChat as I was unable to get anyone to answer the telephone, but the service was fast and efficient. I had already tried many of the suggested troubleshooting tips that were offered, except for cleaning the cartridge contacts with alcohol. HP’s consumer support website recommended cleaning only with water (distilled, bottled or filtered). I used isopropyl alcohol and a Q-tip, and a few seconds later my printer worked perfectly. Sometimes it may give the error message that the cartridges are not installed properly, but that can be ignored and the printer will print anyway. Zanaira, thanks for the great service.
