J’adore

As advertised , good price

This toner does not work at all. Customer service for return is unsatisfactory. Even after trying their solutions, toner did not work at all. And after the last communication, they did not reply back. Very poor customer service.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. To process a warranty claim, we do require some troubleshooting steps to help confirm the issue and determine the best solution. We understand that this can be frustrating, especially when the toner is not working as expected. Please note that an agent is already assigned to your case and will be following up with you shortly to continue assisting you.
