Order arrived very quickly, the next day. Tried it and the printer gave me an error code of E5. Tried everything from watching youtube videos and reading articles to no avail. Initiated chat support and was helped by Antonia. She gave me some more troubleshooting notes which I tried and didn't work. She sent me another one which I received the next day and it worked! I appreciate the quick and friendly customer support and would not hesitate to recommend to freinds and family. Thank you, Antonia!

VERY pale printout. Would not buy again.

I give 5 stars because delivery was quick, have not installed the cartridges yet to see how they work in my printer. Will update when I do.

Both cartridges seem to print OK, the black cartridge shows it is empty. I will keep using it and if stops printing after a few pages I will request a replacement.
