I ordered this item to replace HP CE285A for the printer HP LaserJet P1102w. The paper loaded in half and stopped with the red light flashing. Tried several times but not lucky. Then I compared this with the HP original one - found lots of difference. Looks not compatible.

after receiving toner cartridge went to install and all it did was nothing. empty pages came out. Pulled out cartridge and reinstalled. nothing. Pulled cartridge out and contacted service. rude person to talk to. took cartridge and trashed it. Told them to give my 29 $ to the president of the company. Will never purchase anything again from this outfit. i also think cartridge was empty when receiving it.
