This cartridge was very. The black ink was indeed very black and did not smear like others I've used from other companies. Overall compatibility of this ink cartridge with my printer was very good also. Only had one small issue which was quickly resolved. The printer kept saying I was out of ink after using the cartridge for awhile but instead of changing it, I turned off the ink level monitor in the printer menu. To my surprise I got a whole lot more printing. I will order more definitely.

I've used, and plan to continue to use, this product. My orders always arrive promptly and prove very satisfactory.

The product works great, but shopper+ sent me the wrong cartridge at first, had to return it and got the correct one sent to me. There was no hassle in returning the original and everything has worked out to be just fine.
