Bonjour J'ai en effet acheter des cartouches chez vous mais je n'ai changer les trois seulement la jaune malheureusement elle ne fonctionne pas bien, donc je ne peux pas m'en servir. Je ne crois pas en racheter chez vous car je ne veux pas prendre la chance d'avoir d'autre cartouches qui ne fonctionnent pas bien, Je vais devoir aller en acheter au magasin et payer trop cher. The product was exactly as expected. The cartridges are working perfectly fine. I was easy to order them online, and they were delivered quickly. It's convenient to be able to pick them up at a subway station. The price was reasonnable and after a few months, we've been offered a $5 credit on next purchase provided that we wrote this review. I haven't calculated how long these cartridges last on the printer, but it seems decent. We use them for daily printing in the office. I will re-order the same product again, from this company without hesitation.
