Bought a two pack of those cartridge for my step father printer. He was a bit skeptical at first but after inserting them and seeing that there wasn't a single difference between those and the ones he used to buy from Staples at twice the price, I think it convinced him that those are the way to go!

When I ordered this product again the first cartridge we had was having some issues. It was not printing like it had in previous instances when we purchased this. But after calling customer service and reporting this issue, there was no issue in sending a replacement very promptly. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful and the replacement worked perfect. Although there was a glitch with the first cartridge we received, because of the fast and great customer service we received with the replacement I would be sure to order with 123cartridges again.

Glad you sent this survey. I was just going to email to let you know that what I got looks like the one you sent last time. Last one worked perfectly. That is why I reordered. The new one looks and fits in like old one. However, it doesn't work. I tried various procedures hoping any one of them would help it to work. When put in, it clicks softly. I send a print command and nothing but the soft clicking. I unplug; take it out and reenter it - to no avail. I go to my settings and try to find a solution. Nothing works. I need to return it. Oh! Code numbers on the label are different. Old = MLT-D105LA. New = MTS-MLTD105L. On closer inspection: Old one has 4 copper-looking "plug in" slots of the same length. New one has the a shorter slot on the left side when facing away..

when you think its finished give it a few gentle shakes and get more printed pages done.

I find this reliable. I just have to stop using it since it seems that my samsung printer is quiting on me. it say that i need to clear the stucked paper even when i cleared it already thus it stops printing.
