I like the fact that I can order a dual pack of ink at substantial savings compared to in store shopping. The supply in department stores has been very limited as my printer becomes older, and I appreciate that I can still get ink without worrying about buying a new unit. I find the product equal to if not better than the brand name product my printer falls under. Thank you for such excellent service.

Great quality - easy to use. I had bought other recycled cartridges from another supplier and none of them worked. So when I ordered from you I was worried the same thing would happen. But as soon as I popped them in, the printing quality was great. What a relief - I thought there was something wrong with the printer. Just needed the right cartridges.
