J’ai installé deux cartouches (noir et couleur) de la marque ECO SAVER HP61XL pour remplacer mes cartouches de marque Moustache dans mon imprimante HP ENVY 4522. Malheureusement, l’imprimante ne les reconnaît pas et affiche constamment un message d’erreur. Order /:41524107 Je vous prie donc de bien vouloir me fournir un numéro RMA afin de retourner ces cartouches et les remplacer par des cartouches de la marque Moustache.. J’espère que je m’adresse à la bonne adresse. Si ce n’est pas le cas, je vous remercie de bien vouloir m’indiquer le service approprié.

did not work. poorly put together. had to repurchase proprietary brand.

The second one I have had that wouldn’t work at all. I won’t be trying again to use refurbished ink from here.

If you own a HP OfficeJet 4630 DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It does not work with this printer. Waste of money Stick with the Moustache brand.

My "tri-colour" ink did not have red ink in it? all red is coming out as yellow.
