for some reason unknown to me my printer does not recognise the cartridge so it does not print very dark, in the future I will only order genuine HP products as their printers seem to be designed not to use refilled cartridges. I love 123 products and their quick service, I enjoy the fact that when you phone you get a real person that speaks English, and they are very friendly and knowledgeable, They are also very good on returns. I will only deal with them plus they have a ton of great products...
