Again pricing and availability much better than local. We did get one dud and would not print. First one ever in many years. But no problem with getting a replacement from Shoppers. They stand behind the products they sell and quick to help if there is a problem. Definitely will order from them again.

Works as advertised

It wont work with new Firmware upgrade In HP Designjet T790 ePrinter. HP manipulated the market now only works with original HP ink. Previous to Firmware update it was just fine.

Will use when replacement needed

I've been purchasing this product for couple of years now. Price is great, but hit and miss. sometimes printer doesn't recognize it as full or shows as faulty. It happens quite often. I can get refund or exchange no problem. But have to ship it back and get new one, the waiting time is inconvenient. I know you get what you pay. Hope it gets improved.
