This cable has exceeded my expectations. I am using it to connect a QHD (2560 x 1440) monitor to a video card with a dual link DVI-D output. This cable is advertised as supporting resolutions "up to 1080p", but I have been running it for some time at full 1440p (2560 x 1440) resolution. In fact, my video card has two such DVI-D outputs, and I have one of these cables on each output and am using them to drive a pair of Acer V227U 27" LED monitors at 2560 x 1440 resolution each. I have mounted the monitors side by side in portrait mode on an Amer Dual Monitor Stand (AMR2S) to give a whopping 2880 x 2560 combined display. Needless to say, I am very pleased that this inexpensive cable has allowed me to do this, fully utilising my graphic card's output capabilities. Thank you!
