I've been a Shopper Plus customer for 2 years now and service is great. What is seen and described in the website is what the product really looks like. What makes the difference from other on line stores are the fact that staff are reachable and you can directly talk to them via toll free number. There was one time I ordered a toner for the first time however it didn't work in my computer so I made a call and staff are very accomodating, I was given instruction regarding installation but since it still didn't work I was advised to return the item free of charge and pronto labels and return address were e-mailed to me right away and payments refunded. Thank you Shopper Plus for providing me with a great and convenient on line shopping experience.
