The truth is that I actually switched to one HP printer that I've had for years and years that use the simple toner that I got from 123 ink cartridges and I switched it for the more modern one that's shiny black plasticinstead of off white and it's wireless so of course I gave away that toner with the printer and with the new printer I bought extra toner from 123 ink cartridges. Ca my experience is a hundred percent satisfaction as the toner was as good as the original! Since this machine is so very similar I'm actually reviewing this ahead of time as my expectations are that this toner will also be fantastic and a hundred percent satisfactory! In fact speaking of satisfaction, one time there was a little loose part, & I think it was the chip! In any case the cartridge didn't quite work right I forgot whether it was my HP or my samsung and true to their word, 123 ink cartridges stands by products being perfect or a hundred percent return or exchange in one year's time and I'd had the other one I think it was my Samsung toner for a while and they exchanged did right away and of course the toner for my samsung work perfectly! And the Samsung for my HP LaserJet simple machine always work perfectly as well so this one is so very similar to my other HP printer that I have expectations that are at a hundred percent of perfection, I have no reason to think otherwise. And in person even at the little warehouse window, 123 ink cartridges is wonderful. Including on the phone and local Montreal. In fact I've called up at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning to the 1 800 phone number when I was doing some final work thinking I was going to leave a message and actually a person answered and gave me the solution right away to my problem or my question so who could ask for more than this!? So I give 123 ink cartridges and it stoners 99.99999% or 5 on 5 positive feedback! Without prejudice!
