My experience with the 2 products(colour and black cartridges) has been unsatisfactory. First of all, 1 cartridge had to be replaced. It wouldn't work at all. They are both incompatible with the printer., constantly giving error messages (printer busy, ink low, do alignment page, etc.) I have to deal with these error messages for every page I print and over-ride by clicking "continue printing" ,etc. Most unsatisfactory and no saving at all, just added waste and expense dealing with these factors.

This is my first re-order so I have not put it to use yet. However, the first order was delivered as promised. The cartridge seemed to have leaked a bit in the packaging and it did not last very long. The Lexmark brand cartridge that I had before, albeit expensive, lasted for a very long time. So, I'm not sure that I saved any money. I'll see how long this one lasts.
