Good product but there is 2 variant. So the installation can be a little confusing. The blue one is like the pictures, where you put the cable throw the hole and attach them on the top and use the lever to push them down. The other one (like the white in the picture), you have to put the cables in the pins at the bottom and then push with your finger. Very easy to use, you need to obtain the color configuration from any Google search, you don't need to use any tool (if yes, you are doing it wrong), my only advice is when you have closed the Keystone, try to push down all the cables with your fingers. The clip have the numbers so you just need to pass the cables between the connector, snap each cable in their proper number and when you are finished just closed it. I installed 2 of them, they worked like a charm, in the first try, I am adding another 2 more to have all my connectors completed at my apartment.

Terrible product, avoid these. The images say to "use the included lever" which is not included, show a cable guide in the top cover which the product does not have, and show holes for a zip-tie to hold the cable jacket which the product also does not have. Tolerances are sloppy, of the dozen I ordered some fit normally into keystone wall plates, some would barely fit, and others were loose and barely hold in place. I tested them all with the same plate to make sure they were really that bad and the plates were not to blame. They also don't hold RJ45 connectors in properly, cables can pull out enough to lose connection while still fully clipped in. I tested them with multiple known good cables to make sure they were the problem and not the connectors on the cables. These make for extremely unreliable connections and I will need to replace them all.

The big images say to use the included lever tool. No lever tool is included, you have to read the fine print. When you read the fine print, you also see the second problem I discovered. The hinged mechanism is too wide to fit next to another keystone (even if the other one is a standard width). A patch panel full of keystones is supposed to make the rack neater, but now I have to spread all my ports out to double the width and use longer patch cables. Looks worse than it did before.
