we order on lines 26 may 2017 not received order . then we called company . . they said i do noting help u this fraud case . very care full any order on lines so cheating 123 ink Cartridges $ 425.58 loose my money now so bad

So disappointed. I still have yet to receive these items. You're commerce system completely screwed up the delivery address and merged it with billing address so the items are stuck in Canada posts system and still remains undelivered almost a month after placing the order. Your customer service has done almost nothing to help me get these items delivered despite contacting you at least 4 times. And don't bother calling, you'll just be in hold forever. And now you have the gall to ask for feedback? If I could give a zero rating I would have.
