It's not the product quality I hate, but the Customer Service. Outrageous.

I am still waiting to receive my product. It is Jan 31 today and it was ordered on Jan 19.

Every time I order this set it seems one of the toners is defective.

Good afternoon, I am not very happy with this cartridge. I have to take it out and shake it every day multiple times a day, or I have places on a page that it is so light you can't read it. I moved the green bar, across, every time and still no change. Please advise... Thanks Diane Hunter

My printer is not accepting this ink at all it keeps telling me I’m running low it is a brother machine I have asked for help from your tech people but they’re not getting back to me I am not happy. Beverly
