It was the first time that I bought the product. The only reason that I bought it was the fact that it was being supplied by 123 INK. I have been buying inks and cartridges from 123 INK for a long time and their warranty is real. They support the products they sell. I only had problems with their cartridge once and they took it back without a problem. This product is great and so far, I have not had any problem with it.
