The jack Model: Cab-5385 fit. I had to grind the back-side screw hole surface down by 1/8" to get a proper close fit to the wall. I was using 1-Gang Low Voltage Mounting Bracket - PrimeCables - 10pack Model#: Cab-7013-10p.

God plate. Doesn't sit absolutely flush but could be an issue with mounting bracket or dry wall.

Build quality is fine, however the finish doesn't match my other decora cover plates. Will be replacing with decora inserts on conventional wall plates.

Fait bien le travail. Est d'un beau blanc éclatant, reste à voir si cette blancheur perdurera dans le temps et ne deviendra pas jaune dans quelques mois...

Works well for the expansion of my home theater. They are a bit tight to fit the female plug but they will work.

This plate came with 2 screws as well. The only complaint is that the ethernet keystone did not clip into it perfectly, but I don't know if that is due to the wall plate or due to the ethernet keystone I purchased.
