Cartridge was in the printer for over 4 months and then suddenly stopped the HP Envy 4500 from printing. The printer stuttered and it took over 10 minutes to print a single page. This problem only surfaced about a week ago. At first I thought it was related to a recent Windows 10 update, but now I'm not sure. I replaced the 61XL Moustache cartridge with a genuine HP 61XL and it worked right away. Really disappointed.

one cartridge wouldnt work from the box, the other became useless before the ink ran out, it would print all smudged

What you sent was NOT CH563WN as ordered, but instead the new alternative which I have already corresponded with you about and which does not work in my ENVY printer. I don't know if I should open one or just return them.
