I was disappointed for the first time as ink cartridge by Mustache didn’t work... Luckily I had also ordered another product from what I believe is a different manufacturer that had no issue. Not sure it’s really worth my time to call for a refund.

J'ai des problèmes d'impression avec la couleur rouge, imprime très mal et sort rose.

Have ordered for years and been happy with their product but due to expensive shipping if you don't order $49; I always have to buy more than I need and usually use it within the warranty period but due to COvid the last two years; have not used very much ink. Now I have this one and another one and more than half full but printer won't work till I put a new one in and company won't warranty the 2 I have that are 3/4 fill. Guess they dry up if not used . Not a happy camper; eliminates the bargain of buying from them,

I'm still waiting for a reply, the cartridges they sent me were wroug. I sent them a picture of the different cartridges, and still no reply.

The delivery was convenient and fast as promised. The value was reasonable however I was not really impressed with the color result. Tones seem to be fairly light and washed.
