I love this cartridge. It's just as good as the original EPSON one at a fraction of the cost. Now that most retail stores don't carry this type of cartridge anymore, Shopper+ is my primary source for new ink.

I had a problem with this company, several days ago I tried to order their phone system to order this cartrdige pack, first of all, their phone system is never available, you will never get the chance to talk to the CR agent, so I browsed their live chat look for help, still the same thing, I was pissed. If you are offering your service to your people, then you need to make sure that you will have able to pick up the phone line or answer the inquiry, otherwise, TURNS THESE SITE FEATURES OFF, eventually I reached the CRM manager and I reported to them this issue, they offered me a 10% off coupon code as compensation, I refused, and I won't come back !!!!

After 3 or 4 cleaning cycles, the printer finally started to print reasonably well with this ink. The density is less than Original Manufacturers Ink, but results are acceptable given the significant savings.
