Unfortunately the mustache brand didn't work, but all good.

This PRODUCT received 5 stars. The toner works well, and lasts several months in our small/midsize business. However, the customer service of Shopper+ brings the rating down to 3 stars. We ordered this toner for our business, always having an extra one on hand, and the printer quit. We could not find another printer to take the same toner, so now require a different toner. We called to see if we could EXCHANGE this unopened toner for the one that works in the new printer, and was outright told 'no, it's past the 'return date', and an exception can't be made'. Very poor customer service. We'll take our business elsewhere!
