I ordered the wrong one, with out noing after I removed it from the package and tried to install it and it would go in. Took pictures and the tech replied that ordered,the wrong so I called to return them. I was then told they would only refund one because I had open one. They cannot refund a open cartridge. I don't know I they figured out that I had the wrong and take pictures.

I waited to long for delivery and had to go to Staples to buy a toner. Now I will only use it next year. Strange that I bought two toner cartridges last year but one of them only printed 250 pages before a low ink warning.

Seems fine. Time will tell whether it's as long lasting as advertised. Did not include any arrangement for recycling of spent cartridge.
