        Hi I love this website. I have been buying my printer ink here for a number of years. I have never encountered any issues. My children were in high school, id say print, print the ink is going to expire. I would have bought extra cartridges for the school year. The ink would last and last. ... Well, I'm sorry to say. This past order was a disappointment. I bought a set of 2 black and 1 color ink. One of the black cartridges is ruined, dried out. The set I have in the printer now will only print in color. Not the greatest quality. I know its not my printer, which I blamed at first, is because I took the new ink out. I put the old cartridges back in, printed great. I will order again, as I believe it was just one of those cases of dry ink. Sherri

            one of the two I ordered did not work, HOWEVER,there was abslutely NO problem, because a replacement cartridge was sent immediately, and it functioned properly.keep in mind, these cartridges are rebuilt,so it can happen. Great service from 123ink.ca
