I ordered the wrong one, with out noing after I removed it from the package and tried to install it and it would go in. Took pictures and the tech replied that ordered,the wrong so I called to return them. I was then told they would only refund one because I had open one. They cannot refund a open cartridge. I don't know I they figured out that I had the wrong and take pictures.

I am not happy that I was charged for shipping.

I did not nead the drum like the costumer service sold me just the ink cartridge
