    They don't Erase that well

      Thank you for sharing your experience with our Pilot FriXion® Clicker Erasable Pen! We're sorry the erasing wasn't as effective as expected. FriXion's thermo-sensitive ink erases through the friction and heat generated by the rubber tip, so results can vary with paper type, pressure applied, or if the pen has been exposed to cold temperatures, which can affect ink performance. For best results, use firm, quick strokes when erasing on standard paper. We'd love to help troubleshoot further.
