Product itself was 5 star. The problem was with delivery. Apparently the items were back-ordered. I didn't get any notification about the backorder until I enquired as to why I hadn't received it. Very poor customer service. I would have ordered it from elsewhere if I had known that there would be a significant delay in shipment.
