    I had ordered 2 types of cartridges from them. One was OK and the other one was NOT. Have been trying to contact them to return/exchange and they don't seem to care at all Not very good after sale service. A CUSTOMER is important and they don't seem to care.

      some of the time the printing is very light and on other it seem ok. I am not happy with it. I just do not have the money to the right one. thanks

        I placed an order on 14th of August, it was delivered on 23rd of Aug. It took 10 days instead of 4 business days.
