Product was great, but shipping usually arrives in 2 days , and was updated several times arriving in12 days.

Product ok. Delivery not ok -- frequent problems with FedEx. This time they rerouted package without informing me, changing preferred destination from Staples to my home address. Fortunately I was at home when package arrived. Is their an alternate choice instead of FedEx?

The ink is great but even with the discounted price it is expensive. I would use generic ink but I made the mistake of upgrading the finware and now the printer rejects generic ink!!
