This time received the package after a longer period that I am used to ... learned that it was due to shifting of warehouse. Hope to be back to normal shipping times. The product is excellent for my home office use .. will definitely keep buying it as the need arises. Neve lets me down ... as good as the original.

Le produit est performant, je ne peux demander mieux. De plus, ces cartouches d'encre me reviennent beaucoup moins cher que lorsque je les achetais localement. Et je n'ai même pas besoin de sortir de chez moi pour me les procurer. J'ai une démarche physique difficile et laborieuse, ça aussi c'est un très gros avantage pour moi. Nicole Morin
