I needed one of the toners (magenta) immediately, so I installed it the same day. I first tested the page and discovered a wide magenta stripe down the left side. Time for a head scratch and a bit of sleuthing on Google. Discovered I didn't have the slider all the way to the left. DOH. This took seconds to correct, and now it works great. Good product for a great price.

I was very happy with the speed this product arrived, delivered to my front door! The product(s) work as advertised and I am really happy with the results. It is a significant savings when compared to the original equipment manufacturers product. I was a little nervous about ordering the non OEM product, but this experience has left me wondering why I didnt do this prior to now (when I needed these parts in the past, I would only order the OEM products).

First time buyer of this brand of toner.. One color unit in use right now and total colour palette appears to be normal.
