they are a bit short for my use. Did not realize they measure them tip to tip, I thought it ws measured from the end of cable to the cable end of connector, so they are a couple inches short then what I can use them for, I cant even plug in from one switch to another, it is just too short. But I guess I get what I paid for.

Cable quality has gone down recently. The cable no longer has the printed EIA/TIA or UL listed number which older PrimeCables did. Only information on the cable itself is "UTP CAT.5E 24AWG*4P". The cables do work thoughh, you get what you pay for!
