            Took sometime to receive and looks like 1 of the cartridge has issue with the chip contact. Support took almost 2 weeks to issue a return request without any clear instruction how to have the defective cartridge to be returned. Not happy!!!

              when i make copies, for the 2 first, all the sheet is dark
