I have a Brother printer that is over 10 years old. It was constantly jamming and I thought it was done. Before throwing it out, I decided to try replacing the drum. This drum is so affordable, I thought it was worth the risk. I put it in and voila! The printer is working perfectly!! I would not have taken the chance if the replacement part was too expensive, but this seemed worth it. And it was. I am very happy with this. Now my old -- mostly reliable -- printer is back to being a work horse again AND this printer didn't end up being junked.

Pages come out blurred and dirty (background becomes greyed even though it's supposed to be a white page) -- contacted customer service, it's been over 3 weeks and no response whatsoever.
