The Customer Service I received from ShopperPlus was Great! I had bought all of the inks needed for my hp printer. When trying to open this yellow ink from the packaging the little plastic tab broke off. The printer would not recognize the ink cartridge as being in place as the plastic tab wasn’t there to secure it in. I called Shoppers+ and told them my issue. I was immediately sent a replacement ink cartridge! Wonderful, stress free service, and inks are perfect! Thank you Shoppers+

Currently have these in the HP 6230 & working great. No noticable difference to name brand other than much better value especially with the 4 pack. These do tend to run out about the same time with a mix of black/ white & colour printing so 4 pack is fine.
