Through all my online purchases over the years of this item... it was always given my highest rating ever... but this last purchase ... something happened to the quality of the product... the ink colours no longer bright and crisp... were a dull, muted, and off-colour. Off-colour meaning what should have been say, pink... printed out as a muted red tone (???). Previously used in my brochures and label making .. colours are as dull as they can get. MAYBE THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN ***A BAD BATCH*** ... We'll see... I'll give it one more chance ... and/or continue to purchase and/or go somewhere else for my ink. Sorry... that's really how I feel ... :(

mauvaise qualité, le bleu n'a jamais imprimé, le magenta et jaune, après 3 nettoyages de tête ont toujours des lignes.. ouff.. pu jamais je n'achète ici. Demande de remboursement envoyé, en espérant qu'ils seront professionnel sur cette aspect!

Too many emails and no option to unsubscribe

No option to unsubscribe from emails. I emailed requesting such and stiil getting them. Don't expect to be able to talk with supervisor. No one is accountable for this.

Too many emails and despite the fact that I keep requesting to be taken off because there is no unsubscribe link, I'm still getting emails.
