I ordered the wrong numbered cartridge. I've been trying to get a refund or credit, but am unable to highlight the two cartridges in order to ask for the refund/credit.

Disappointed---Colored cartridges were all 251xl but black was 250xl. Thought it was 251 so I ordered a 250xl. However I rec'd 2-250xl cartridges and had to submit a second order to get 251xl costing extra shipping and inconvenience.
