    Did not slide in to printer slot properly- too tight too big - and misaligned - constant paper jams....called customer service who replaced it with moustache model which works

      The 2 cartridges I received had both leaked out enough toner as to be unusable. I am still waiting for my replacement cartridges.

      It is no longer compatible with my printer even though it is exactly the same toner that I have been buying for the past 2 years.
